Internationally acclaimed yogini Kali Ray has brought forth TriYoga, a complete method that includes the full spectrum of yoga practices.  In the tradition of
ancient yoga, the origin and continuing development of TriYoga is guided by kriyavati siddhi or kundalini-inspired hatha yoga as expressed through Kaliji.
With this inspiration she has systematized asana, pranayama, and dharana from Basics to Level 7, and over 1000 hasta mudras have expressed through her.

She has presented 32 keynote addresses and in-depth programs at yoga conferences and other venues worldwide.   Brief Description of Workshops:
 
 

TriYoga with Kaliji - Immerse in the meditative and prana-inspired flow of yogasana, pranayama and mudra

 

TriYoga, the art & science of yogaflow®, unites breath and focus with dynamic and sustained asana (posture). The flow has the inherent qualities of rhythmic pacing, relaxation-in-action, wavelike spinal movements and economy of motion. Prana Vidya includes systematized pranayama and dharana (breathing sequences and concentration techniques) and dhyana (meditation). The practitioner experiences the inner flow of prana as the movement of body, breath and focus harmonize.

 

Free the Hips Session - focus is on the lower body to create greater strength, flexibility, health and vitality in the pelvic region, hips, legs, feet and toes.


Free the Spine Session - Emphasis is on the upper body and wavelike spinal movements that increase strength, flexibility and energy in the spine as well as the chest, abdomen, shoulders, arms and hands.
