Sales Consultants
Responsibilities:
- Selling membership to achieve individual and group sales target
- Participating in all sales & promotion activities
- Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers to achieve sales and service objectives by proactively understanding their needs
- Responding to inquiries received through phone calls, mails and face-to-face contact with customers and prospects
- Making cold calls to explore new potential business
Qualifications:
- Posses at least “A” level academic qualifications
- Excellent selling, communicating and telephone skills
- Self-disciplined and able to work independently

- Previous relevant sales experience is preferred

Front Desk Officers
Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests and members in a professional and welcoming manner
- Handling members’ check-in including class booking and cancellation
- Handling inquiries and customer complaints and referring all complaints to the Operations Manager if necessary
- Answering telephone calls and taking messages
- Helping to maintain clean and tidy facilities
- Conducting regular daily facility checks
- Opening and closing the studio centre on daily basis
- Providing administrative support to all staff, if necessary
Qualifications:
- Posses at least “O” level qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience is preferred
- Experience in customer service industry is an added advantage
- Be independent and presentable in handling front desk and telephone enquires
- Cheerful personality with good interpersonal & communication skills
- Good command of English
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Shift working hours
Yoga Instructors (Full-time or Part-time)
Responsibilities:
- Assisting students in achieving their best yoga practice in each and every class
- Helping to retain members by conducting the most inspiring and best class in each and every class
- Developing the students' growth and knowledge of the asana and philosophical knowledge of yoga
- Learning about all the different styles of yoga offered by the company so that they can explain the differences and similarities to students
- Treating members with respect and by being friendly, courteous, helpful and professional to members in and out of class
Qualifications:
- Yoga instructor certificate is a pre-requisite
- At least 2 years of teaching experience is preferred
- Cheerful personality with good interpersonal & communication skills
- Good command of English
Dance Instructors (Full-time or Part-time)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for choreographing and teaching different types of dance classes in our studio
- Developing the members' dance skills and conducting the most interesting and yet entertaining dance classes
- Understanding the culture of the company and developing suitable dance sequences in each type of dance classes
Qualifications:
- Dance instructor certificate is a pre-requisite
- Able to choreograph all types of dance classes, including traditional and modern dances
- At least 2 years of teaching experience is preferred
- Cheerful personality with good interpersonal & communication skills
- Good command of English
