sessions to members who are:
i. having medical or physical impaired conditions or
illnesses in their body, they are seeking yoga therapy so as to help
them
improve or cure their conditions;
ii. keen to learn more about yoga
iii. want to do yoga postures correctly with proper body alignment
iv. learn advanced yoga postures

Class Descriptions:
Good Morning Yoga
An envigourating and refreshing series of yoga sequences. It is designed specially to recharge our body and pep-up our mood.
Sun Power Yoga
An intense series to help draw inspiration, motivation and infinite power.
Holistic Yoga
A combination of asanas, mudras, bandhas, pranayama and meditation to ensure perfect health.
Shakti Yoga
Evolving the warrior within, boosting qualities like will power, mental toughness and per severance.
Chikitsa Yoga
Therapeutic form of yoga for people with medical conditions or physical restrictions.
Cardio Yoga
Fast paced and racy yoga series for the adventure seekers and those who wish to test their endurance power.
Topsy Turvy
Fun filled class focusing on inversions, good for improving circulation (blood and lymph).
Slow Flow
Meditation in motion, learning how to attach your mind and breath to your physical movements and embark on a journey of inner-revelations or realization.
Dynamic Flow
Continuous vinyasa flow, to enhance your understanding, awareness and experience of the postures.
Supraval Yoga
Ideal for beginners and intermediate practitioners to start their day right.
Ashtanga Yoga
A unique sequential series of yoga postures focusing on breathing and movement. Synchronizing breathing and movement in each posture heats and cleans the blood and improve blood circulation.
Ashtanga Vinyasa
A powerful series of flowing and jumping movements. Suitable for those who are looking for a more challenging workout. Great for cardiovascular system and builds strength and endurance. Also helps to carry the impurities out of the body. Through the practice of vinyasa, body will feel light, healthy and strong.
Gentle Yoga
A gentle and basic yoga class emphasing on postures to stretch the body, to release stress and tensions. Suitable for complete beginners.
Hatha Yoga
A traditional system of yoga, good for improving and maintaining physical and mental health.
Morning Series
A sequence or series that help to wake up and bring energy in the morning. Bring joy the whole day and reduce tiredness. Also improves concentration. Suitable for all.
Power Yoga
Intensive flow of postures and powerful breathing techniques that build strength and stamina.
Sun Salutation Yoga
Consist of a continuous flow of yoga postures. A great energetic way to start the day and you will feel less tired during the whole day. Helps to improve flexibility and relieve stiffness in the joints.
Yoga Therapy
A therapeutic way of yoga. Good for all levels, especially people who have health related illnesses such as stress, high blood pressure, back or neck pain, constipation, asthma etc.
Yoga Flow
A flow of surya namaskara including forward and backward bending, side twisting which help to increase strength in the muscles and maintain blood circulation. Also helps to buid stamina. Good for slimming too.
Yoga for Body Opening
A basic class suitable for all, help to maintain and opening up body joints.
Yoga in the Dark
Finding ourselves in darkness. Finding our body balance with deep concentration and feeling ourselves in darkness, experience yoga in the dark.
Class Guidelines:
- Please arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes before commencement of the class to allow yourself ample time to sign-in and prepare for the class.
- Members will not be allowed to enter the studio after the class commences.
- Please refrain from speaking while in the studio and along the studio corridors.
- Please do not bring mobiles phones into the studios.
- No food is allowed in the studios.
- No shoes are allowed in the studios.
- Class bookings can be made 2 days in advance of the class.
- It is important that you book your class in advance since some classes have a higher attendance rate than others. If a class you
wish to attend is full, we will place you on the wait list and notify you of a vacancy as soon as possible. - If you need to cancel a class booking, please call the Centre at least 4 hours in advance to enable others to take your place.
- You must check in at the reception desk before entering the studio for class.
- Real Yoga is not responsible for the loss of or damage to contents kept in the lockers. Daily lockers are not for overnight use. Locks from any daily lockers that are kept overnight will be cut.
As Yoga is best enjoyed on an empty stomach, we encourage members to have a light meal or, if possible, not at all for 2 to 3 hours prior to commencement of the class. It is important to keep hydrated by drinking water before and after the class. Inform your instructor of any injuries as this will enable the instructor to align your position or show you a modified pose, if necessary.
