    However, the exhausting and busy schedule may hinder you to get to any yoga classes as much as you would like.  No worry.  Why not offer Yoga at Work in your company to your colleagues.    Real Yoga offers yoga at your work place.  Presently we have a big portfolio of corporate clientale such as airlines, shipyards to name a few.  We will send a qualified yoga instructor to your workplace to teach yoga classes.  

    Having a yoga class at work is a great benefit to employees.  Benefits of a Yoga At Work program:
