  • As an avid sports person coupled with an outgoing personality, Linda was first introduced to yoga more than 10 years ago. It was meant to relieve work stress and tight hamstring problems due to various sports activities that she actively participate in. Fast-forward 10 years and yoga has now become an integral part of her life, both mentally and physically. her love for yoga deepens as she explores further and even took a monumental step in pursuing the RYT-200 Hours Teacher Training Course with Hee Boon at Pure Yoga Singapore, an in-depth course based on the teachings of the Yoga Vidya Gurukul Ashram in India.
  • Linda believes Yoga is a never-ending learning journey to build on one's self awareness. "I teach because it makes me a better student. I prefer the dynamic, engaging style of yoga that draws on my sporting background. I love working out modifications with students who come in with a teachable mind.", she said.
