Real Yoga celebrated the Moon Cake Festival, a full moon night, at Yoga
By The Sea @ East Coast Park - the first and ever mass yoga workout at
Singapore's most popular beachfront. Participants enjoyed the mass
yoga practices with renowned yoga masters Kamal and Saumik during the
evening. Programs included Yoga for the Kids led by instructor
Mira and Yoga for Seniors by master Saumik. Participants were
entertained with three great yoga performances by the masters.

Real Yoga celebrated their love with yoga at Siloso Beach, Sentosa on this year Valentine's Day. The class was led by experienced yoga master, it allowed the members and non-members experienced their yoga practices in an outdoor environment, felt the connection between their bodies and minds under the natural feeling in the air and the natural music from the breeze. |

For the first time, Real Yoga brought its yoga class to the outdoor environment. Led by experienced yoga master, the class allowed us to feel how it was like doing yoga in the open air. It also let us feel about doing yoga in peace and bonding together with Mother Nature. The master led through the whole class by doing various types of traditional yoga postures including advanced postures and pranayama. |
