    10:00 - 12:30 Hidden gems of yoga /// Agni Sara 
    This workshop will take you on a journey of creative sequence ofuncommon, unfamiliar or forgotten poses that are highly beneficial to the practitioner. Most modern styles of yoga consist of structured sequences of static poses, in which practitioner settles into a certain routine. The element of novelty and surprise presented in this workshop, forces us to be fully present in the moment. When we enter unfamiliar environment, the nervous system undergoes micro shock, which forces it to reboot and develop new responses. This is Agni Sara practice in which the body releases heat, burning away the toxins, worries and fears.

    14:00 - 16:30 Source of power / Floating principles / Arm balances
    All source of our power comes from the core. Good things flow and generate from strong core, creating unlimited reservoir of power, strong and positive flow of energy. In this workshop you will learn creative ways of building up core through rhythmic and dynamic yogic routines. Build up strength and grace to utilize precise arm balancing and jumping techniques.

    10:00 - 12:30 Rhythm & Flow / Yogic Detox clinic 
    Environmental factors like water pollution, smog, pesticides, toxic cleaning products and stress in our relationships, work, and emotional life - are a toxic burden for our bodies, affecting our health, attitude, and peace of mind. In this challenging class, we practice a specifically choreographed routine designed to stimulate our vital organs and encourage the release of accumulated toxins. The practice includes detoxifying breathing exercises, Warrior warm up, therapeutic flow, Shiva stances and squads, deep shoulder and hip opening sequences and meditation.

    14:00 - 16:30 Gravity Massage™ /// Acro Yoga Therapy
    We will start this workshop with contact-vinyasa flow that will warm the body and allow more openness for deeper stretches, then proceed to healing partner stretches. Basic flying sequences and learning selective Thai massage techniques will follow.We promise to create a playful, safe and very joyful environment, that will have everyone in the room flyiiiiing!!! Price: SGD45 per session, SGD150 for all 4 sessions

    Ruslan Kleytman is the founder and Director of Anahata Yoga Studio in Miami Beach, a senior Yogic Arts teacher, a devoted yogi, gifted body worker, and an avid acro yogi. Ruslan's teaching method is rooted in the Krama Vinyasa style, powered by theoretical foundation of Universal Yoga™, and inspired by creative dynamics and complex choreography of Yogic Arts™. Ruslan is first and foremost a lifelong student of yoga- always seeking to gain new knowledge and inspiration. He has studied with, and was influenced by the teachings of Andrei Lappa (Universal Yoga™), Andrei Sidersky (Yoga 23™), Shiva Rea (Prana Yoga™), and has been apprenticing with Master Duncan Wong (Founder of the Yogic Arts™ system) over the past 9 years. Ruslan sees yoga practice as a method of liberation (full self realization). In his workshops he presents students with a harmonious and balanced practice aimed to create the most fertile environment for meditation. Ruslan has traveled worldwide sharing his knowledge and inspiration with students in different communities. He also developed a specialized curriculum for an intensive 30 day, 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified Teacher Training program. He has offered this program in Bali, Hawaii, Japan, Miami, and Key West, and has certified hundreds of students to become passionate and successful yoga teachers.
