My first taste of Yoga came when I first started my job here at Real Yoga back in 2011. I was instantly hooked! The energy, focus and community support it provided sparked something in me which I knew was going to be a beneficial asset to my life. Recently, I undertook their 200 Hours Yoga Teachers Training by Master Saumik.
Having a passion for knowledge, anatomy and philosophy, I feel equipped to motivate, educate and inspire my fellow yogis in their own practice – whether beginner or advanced. My classes are delivered in a fun, light hearted manner and ask my students to start building a deeper relationship with themselves and their bodies through challenging and conscious movements. Yoga to me is the balance of life. It helps me to bring out my calmness within me and gives me better focus too!
