Releasing Tension of the Hips
This workshop will equip you with the knowledge and directly experience on the changes in your hips. Yin Yoga is a powerful practice to create real change to your hips. It works along the fascia sheets and try to create a release rather than a stretch to the tissues. By working slowly and with patience, Yin Yoga allows the practice to go deeper and leaving permanent imprint to the body memory. Get a new pair of hips after this workshop.
Working with the Meridians
The practice aspires to bring energy into restoration and emphasizes on building strong downward “chi” flow to the body. By bringing the chi to reach the lower extremities it also helps to bring the energy to submerge and move into “hiding”. In this practice, we will work on a general meridian series to bring vitality to the lower abdomen space. This is an important area where all the “nadis” meet and energy consolidates. By working this way, all the visceral organs around the navel region will be invigorated.
