Michelle’s passion for yoga was sparked when introduced to the practice 13 years ago to support her fitness goals. Over the last 11 years, Michelle has developed a dedicated practice under the guidance of her mentors and teachers. When not hard at work, Michelle loves to travel and has a passion for photography and entertaining friends and family.
In the classroom, Michelle’s genuine personality consistently delivers the beauty and reverence of the practice in strong, creative asana sequence. She encourages students to challenge their limiting thoughts by embracing the flow and “feel good qualities” of breath and movement rather than our traditional, ego, thought centered “I can’t do that” excuses. Her extensive training & intuitive knowledge of the body and the practice facilitates a safe and powerful, yet deeply compassionate experience for students of all levels.
