I started developing an interest in Yoga in 2003 and have decided to pursue it as a career in 2009 after training under Master Rakesh Mishra, Master Ram and Master Parvir. K.
Through the years of practicing Yoga, it has helped me to control my emotions, making me a calmer person. That is why for my practitioners, I would guide them on how to apply Yoga in their daily lives to achieve balance and self-discipline for a healthier and positive lifestyle.
The nature of my class combines intensity and relaxation through the focus of postures alignments.
