I first discovered yoga in Bali in 2011 and I’ve never stopped since. I find my breath the steadiest, ego most tempered and mind stillest on the mat. A past chronic insomniac, yoga has helped me to illuminate the dark corners of my life and constantly show me the path to a better way of being.
Always a student first before a teacher, I’m grateful to my teachers – senior yoga consultants, Arun Rana and Prakash Singh Bisht, with whom I did my teacher’s training with and workshops in the Roots of Hatha Yoga, Yoga Therapy and Pranayama in Singapore and Rishikesh, India. My yoga classes are grounding, uplifting and peppered with alignment cues for a safe and fun practice. I strongly believe in practising yoga for a healthy body, steady breath and clear mind.
