Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to achieve sales and services objectives.
• Identify new sales and businesses opportunities.
• Maintain high levels of customer care and provide good-after-sales customer services and members’ retention.
• Generating leads through roadshows / events / outdoor activities and turning them into sales opportunities.
• Market our products, identify and create sales opportunities.
• Create appointments with customers and recommend suitable solutions according to their needs and requirements.

• Self-motivated and sales driven.
• Passionate in yoga practice.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Able to do networking and good negotiations skills.
• Hardworking and fast learner.

Responsibilities :

• Be available to answer all members’ queries.
• Teach classes according to the schedules, descriptions and levels.
• Start and end classes as scheduled.
• Instruct the poses effectively, paying attention to safety and risk factors.
• Give clear alignment instructions and safe sequencing.
• Integrate principles of yoga and philosophy into the class, if applicable.
• Promote upcoming events, workshops and events happening at the studios in classes.
• Safely and effectively demonstrate a variety of physical postures.
• Safely and effectively provide physical supports and adjustments to students in order to facilitate correct alignments and postures.
• Communicate all members’ feedbacks to Club Managers.

Prerequisites :

• Attended 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Certificate or ongoing candidates.
• Shown keen Interest in yoga, beauty, health and lifestyle.
• Possess good communication skills, positive thinking, flexibility and teamwork.
• Non-experiences of yoga teachings are welcome.
• Good mental and physical strength.
• Friendly and cheerful person.
• Able to work on shift, including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to travel for trainings if requested by the company.
