Join us for an in-depth 50-Hour Yin Yang Certificate Course, designed to help you master both the passive, introspective aspects of Yin Yoga and the dynamic, strength-building aspects of Yang Yoga. Led by Master Saumik and supported by a team of experienced instructors, this course will elevate your practice and teaching, providing you with the skills and knowledge to guide students through balanced, mindful classes.

Syllabus Overview
This 50-hour program is structured into three comprehensive modules, offering a blend of anatomical knowledge, practical yoga techniques, and hands-on teaching experience.
- 20-Hour Upper Body Yin & Anatomy
Date: February 8, 9, 15
Led by Master Saumik, this module focuses on Yin postures for the upper body (shoulders, chest, upper back) and dives deep into anatomical insights, helping you understand how to safely and effectively practice and teach Yin Yoga. - 20-Hour Lower Body Yin & Anatomy
Date: February 16, 22, 23
Also led by Master Saumik, this module emphasizes lower body Yin poses (hips, legs, and lower back), combined with an in-depth look into the anatomical principles that support Yin postures for enhanced mobility and flexibility. - 10-Hour Yang Flow
Date: March 1, 2
Co-taught by Susan and Master Saumik, this module covers dynamic Yang flows that build strength, stamina, and balance, complementing the passive Yin practice. You’ll learn to create sequences that harmonize Yin and Yang for a well-rounded yoga experience.
Course Structure
In-studio Learning: 4 weeks x 10 Hours = 40 Hours
*Only for those enrolled in the 50-Hour Full Course
8-Hour: Yin Class Attendance (Attend 8 classes at our studio or other studios; not included in the course fee)
1 Hour: Self-Practice Documentation (Record 2 videos, 30 minutes each)
1 Hour: Assessment (Written report to be completed at home)
*The above assignments must be submitted within 1 month of course completion, by 7th April 2025
