What to Expect:

4:15 PM – 5:00 PM: Body Stretch Session: Prepare your mind and muscles with a rejuvenating body stretch session led by our instructor, Sam.

5:00 PM – 5:30 PM: Build-Up Activities: Engage in energizing build-up activities designed to connect with fellow participants and get you ready for the main event.

5:30 PM – 6:30PM: Music, Yoga Flow, and Party Atmosphere: Immerse yourself in a dynamic and music-filled yoga flow led by Sam. Experience the perfect blend of movement, rhythm, and enjoyment as you flow through various poses in a lively and celebratory atmosphere.

6:30 PM – 6:45 PM: Cool Down Session: Wind down with a soothing cool-down session, leaving you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to take on the rest of your day.
