I have been practicing Yoga for 19 years and teaching for over 12 years now. My passion for Yoga was sparked when I was introduced to the practice back in 1999 by Master Saumik. Yoga to me is about being aware of my mental and physical state and I constantly seek to encompass this way of living on, and off my yoga mat. I’m a firm believer that our practice can reflect upon our time outside of the studio and inspire how we approach our everyday life. I love to create unique, special Yoga experiences, finding interesting and extraordinary ways of sharing Yoga with people from all walks of life.
I love that I get to connect with students on all parts of their Yoga journey, to hold space, watch them grow and create a community full of love and connection right here in Singapore. My classes are aimed at promoting strength, concentration, flexibility, endurance and achieving inner peace. I ensure that I am focused on giving clear instructions while teaching, to lead and guide my students safely into postures, thus deepening their awareness into their practice. I make my classes enjoyable, whether they are dynamic or slow and restorative. I have a fun and friendly approach to teaching and my classes are often set to an inspiring playlist that elevates you to a new level of serenity!
