It’s been 8 years since I’ve started PT with Real Yoga and have been practicing for a total of 9 years. I chose to start PT once a week to give my body the stretch it deserves. By going for my PT classes, my teachers have brought out the best in me and helped me achieve my end goals. Looking back at what I have accomplished, I am so proud of where I am right now in my Yoga practice as I never would have been able to establish plateaus if not for personal training
