I trained under the tutelage of Yoga specialist Pashupati Nath. I was a pioneer yoga teacher with a local yoga studio in Singapore and later joined Real Yoga in 2014. I have taught many Indian Olympic Athletes, Celebrities, conducted several programs on Indian Television and Singapore Television, and conducted hundreds of Yoga workshops, Teacher training programs in many countries.
I started my yoga journey as an aid to find a natural remedy for my Bronchial Asthma and thankfully in less than 3 years of practice, I got rid of my problems! I’m a calm and compassionate teacher who understands the physical and spiritual needs of my students so that they leave the class feeling invigorated!

What I Love About Teaching Yoga
My favourite part of teaching is that I am able to design each session to ensure that the entire routine feels like an orchestrated performance, with smooth transitions from one pose to another. This allows me to demonstrate and provide the perfect guidance that my students require.
My Favourite Quote
“In Yoga practice, there is no competition, no ego and no comparison”
My Favourite Asana
Sirsasana (Supported Headstand), Ardhamatsendrasana (Half Lord of the Fishes Pose)
When I'm not on the mat
Family! My top most priority is my family. I spend most of my time with them. I also enjoy meditating and listening to Rabindra Sangeet (tagore music).
When my student leave their class, I hope they feel
Satisfied to have gone through a transforming experience which allows them to reflect on themselves. I also hope that they are inspired and determined to continue whatever they have learnt in class and practice it during their leisure time to enhance their well-being.
